Intro (English)

Ethics

This first session will be devoted to the ingredient that, according to many teachers, is fundamental and a priority in our evolution. In fact, it is not by chance that most religions, if not all, include moral precepts.

We will try to approach this ethic from the incalculable benefits that it implies for our journey.

Practice and Discipline

These ingredients are key to our transformation. They are related to our striving for a more peaceful and harmonious existence.

In this second session we will reflect on its relevance, ending with a concentrative meditation.

Motivation

To activate our practice and maintain our discipline, we need to be motivated... either with our beliefs or with the results we are getting.

Softening

And to promote our contact with our spirituality, slowing down is a good thing; especially in our inner self.

To end this session we will perform a somewhat peculiar practice.

Wisdom

Wisdom is a highly desired value... but our automatism keeps us away from this great quality.

In the meditation of this audio, we will try to connect with this capacity to apply it where we need it most.

Innocence

During this session we will get in touch with the grace that the little ones represent, and that is so present in those enlightened people.

We will also have the opportunity to contact our little bearer of innocence.

Vacuity

Along with impermanence, this is another great concept that is promoted in Buddhism. And really, it is very useful on our path to liberation.

In the final meditation, we will try to connect with this reality, usually hidden from our senses.

Impermanence

Understanding and awareness of this feature of our reality is of great value in our spiritual evolution.

During this audio we will bring it present, to reveal to us the true conditions of our world. The meditation, on this occasion, will try to make us contemplate this crushing reality.

Detachment

The above two ingredients lead us to detachment: freedom from earthly conditions. Here we find confidence and serenity.

After the exposition of this virtue, we will try to experience the satisfaction that leads to detachment.

Paz

This ingredient has been placed last, as a colophon. The feeling of peace, of serenity, is directly related to our spiritual openness and connection.

Through this last meditation we will try to experience a blissful and peaceful space.
