Algunas cuestiones prácticas…
- Las sesiones, como ya sabe, son online (ordenadores/móviles mediante). Por ello, asegúrese de que tiene una conexión sólida a internet, micrófono, cámara (preferiblemente) y una cuenta de Skype. Y a ser posible una de Whatsapp (como segunda opción).
- Todos los bonos caducan a los 60 días a partir de la primera sesión, salvo que yo (Luis Márquez) estime oportuno espaciar las sesiones superando este período.
- En caso de que me encuentre de viaje, es posible que la sesión se desarrolle en un lugar público (cafetería, hotel, campus universitario…) . En cualquier caso, se mantendrán las condiciones básicas para que la sesión se desarrolle adecuadamente y manteniendo su anonimato.
- Una vez reciba mis datos, será usted, el/la responsable de agregarme a sus contactos de Skype, al menos una hora antes de la sesión ¡Gracias!
Idealmente, actuaremos con espontaneidad y buena fé ante los contratiempos que nos podamos encontrar. Pero si por algún caso, esto no fuese suficiente. Aquí hay algunas disposiciones a las que nos acogeremos para solventar cualquier malentendido.
Al concertar una cita el cliente / paciente acepta, sin reserva ni limitación, los presentes Términos y Condiciones.
- Las sesiones se podrán anular o posponer con 12 horas de antelación a la fecha/hora fijada, como mínimo. Para ello, el/la cliente deberá comunicármelo mediante mensaje o llamada (Whatsapp, Skype o línea telefónica convencional), no por correo electrónico. Si el cliente no estuviera localizable a la hora de la sesión (Skype o Whatsapp) y no hubiera avisado, la sesión se dará por realizada. Asimismo yo también podría cancelarla, ateniéndome a estas mismas condiciones. En caso contrario, el cliente podrá optar a la devolución íntegra del montante abonado.
- El psicólogo tendrá la última palabra a la hora de decidir si una sesión se anula o se extiende debido a dificultades técnicas durante la sesión.
- As a client/patient, I am aware that I will not receive any kind of certificate or report about this therapeutic process. Likewise, I agree to exempt the psychologist (Luis Márquez) from any criminal and/or civil liability for any matter directly or indirectly related to this service.

The information we request from you is adequate, relevant and strictly necessary and in no case are you obliged to provide it to us, but failure to provide it would prevent us from being able to provide our services.
The data collected will be used for the purpose of contacting you to conduct relevant sessions and/or to send you electronic information regarding activities or services. This will probably not exceed two mailings per year.
Your data will be kept for the minimum time necessary to satisfy the purpose for which it was provided as well as to meet the responsibilities that may arise from the data provided and any other legal requirement.
In this regard, we consider that if you do not object to the processing of your data and/or do not expressly cancel them, you are still interested in continuing to be included in my processing.
Your data will not be communicated to any third party, unless you are expressly informed or there is a legal obligation to do so.
You have the right of access, rectification, opposition, deletion ("right to be forgotten"), limitation of processing, portability and not to be subject to individualized decisions.
You may exercise your personal data protection rights by sending an e-mail to info@luismarquez.website including a photocopy of your ID card or other equivalent identification document.
At any time you have the possibility and the right to withdraw your consent for any specific purpose granted at the time, through the procedure described above, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
If you consider that your data is not being treated correctly by the Teresian School Foundation, you can address your complaints to the competent national supervisory authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.agpd.es.
I am committed to treat your data with the utmost care and confidentiality, for this I have adopted technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure the security of personal data provided. All this to avoid its alteration, loss, and / or unauthorized access or treatment, as required by law, although absolute security does not exist.
