This is a course based on Mindfulness. Throughout its five weeks of duration we will meet during 5 sessions of one hour and a half.

We will begin with an overview of Mindfulness and its applications: concept, origins, benefits, practical aspects and specific practices.

Gradually, we will introduce the meditation techniques included in the Mindfulness-based programs.

The techniques will be practiced throughout the week through the respective recordings.

These meetings will allow you to resolve any doubts that may arise, as well as to ensure adequate and sufficient practice to continue on your own.
